Irvs’ founder and owner, perfectionist Paul Irving, has, in his own words, “lived and breathed classic cars for his entire life”. His car obsession began at 7 years old when he used to help in his Dad’s garage and fell utterly in love. He describes restoration work as being in his blood, and from the fabulous transformation projects he’s managed over the years, it’s easy to believe.

Gathering a team of like-minded, passionate and skilled people, Irvs VW Restorations Limited opened its doors in 2012. The business is now an elite team of restoration professionals who continue to create completely bespoke, utterly unique masterpieces that just get more dazzling with every project. Irvs has become increasingly well-known not only throughout Cumbria but across the globe. With over 25 years of experience and a team of 20 skilled, classic car enthusiasts, the family-run business has proven time and time again exactly why they have such a prestigious reputation.
